Also in Settings/Phone: Make sure Call Forwarding is off.If it is on any calls from numbers not in your contacts will go directly to voicemail. There’s a switch for Silence Unknown Callers. With both off none of the other switches there matter. With the Home screen displayed, press the VOLUME UP button on the left side of the phone. Check the MUTE switch on the left side of the phone, above the volume buttons.Please help me understand how to get this to work correctly. ![]() However, I just tested 5 calls to my Teams number and all calls are going straight to voicemail and it doesn't ring on my cell phone or my laptop. ![]() My settings show that it should ring for 20 seconds before going to voicemail. Make sure you you have your Number of rings before. I am in the process of testing Teams Calls. If they are in Recents here’s what to check: Try logging in online and going to Manage Services -> Phone ->Voicemail ->Settings.
